Ms. Brake planned and executed the redesign of our car rider dismissal plan.  The operation was complicated and required informing and retraining all 1700 families in our student body.  Ms. Brake created a plan that is still in effect.  As with any change, not everyone was happy about it.  Ms. Brake was patient, professional but consistent in the face of some persistent opposition. Ms. Brake also coached one of our first-year teachers.  The teacher has performed extremely well and attributes her success to the support she got from Ms. Brake as a first-year teacher.
